1. Communicate with customers about product needs, transfer the needs into internal function modules; research about frontier technology advancement, explore possibilities to improve products

2. Familiar with multithreading, multiprocessing and network programming preferred

3. Familiar with GUI development (GTK, QT) in Linux preferred

4. Good English, able to read materials in English

5. Good at communication, cooperation and self-learninga

1. Responsible for software quality test of related tools, including building and maintaining software quality test system

2. Create test cases, result analysis and regression test

Requirements:

1. Development of EDA tool human interface, database, system software and distributed software

2. Knowledge of Shell, Python, Tcl/Tk or other script languages

3. Knowledge of automated test flow framework

4. Active, eye on details, self-drive and strong self-learning capability

5. Fluent English, able to read and write thesis and literature in English

5. Good at business negotiation and customer relationship management
